Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Budget Ahead, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. Your login, personal records and receipt photos are removed straight away. To keep a copy, use Settings → Export first.
No access to the app?
Email support@budgetaheadapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login, profile, personal accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, savings goals and receipt photos, and your AI consent.
What is kept
Records in a shared household stay for its other members, with your name removed from contributions. If you own a household, transfer it or delete it first. Minimal consent and deletion audit records are kept without a link to you. Provider backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings to stop future charges.
